This session took place in December which I usually shy away from because of the cold. However, this day was quite nice and the sun was shining so we took advantage. These two make us giggle (and I mean full on giggle) and I think Kris was only just a little jealous of the fact that they have a dog. Thanks Hills! I’m glad we’re friends.

This is the Lindman family. We met up with them in early November to get some pre-Holiday shots done. It was absolutely freezing that day but you wouldn’t know it. The kids were all smiles (and giggles) the whole time. I just loved their energy and excitement. Thanks for spending some time with us Lindmans!

Anyway, we are going to be taking a little break here at Corissa Ann Photography but wanted to wish you all a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year. Next up, the Wenerstrom family. I LOVED this session. It was such a gorgeous day and these kids are awesome. I know I say that all the time and I mean it every time I do. They were so energetic and so sweet. I love the interactions this family has with each other. Whenever we shoot families, that is what we look for. We aren’t there to capture a cheese smile (although we will for the record books) but we are there to capture their relationships with each other and you can just feel the love this family has for one another. So, no more words. Enjoy.

Well, someone grew another year older last week and another year wiser. Well, that last one is debatable. Just kidding, this someone is a smarty pants. And, that someone is Mr. Kris himself. So, in honor of his birthday we have put together a man box of a few things Kris likes these days to give away to one lucky reader.

Kris is a pretty simple guy. He likes music, dressing well, and peanut butter. Of course he has other interests but that pretty much sums him up in ten words or less. Meet the Harris Family. Caroline is in medical school with Kris and wanted to get a few updated pictures of her adorable family and her cute son Liam, who is one of the sweetest little boys I have ever met.  We met real quickly as Caroline (and Kris) both had a big exam the next day that they needed to continue to study for. I am so glad we were able to meet up and do this. Thanks Harris Family!

This is the Lyddall family. They have three energetic and silly boys. I just loved the faces they kept giving me throughout the session. They sure gave me a workout also chasing them around but I loved every minute of it. We shot this session in Ali’s parents backyard complete with tree house and full garden. Her parents were even kind enough to let us take some tomatoes home with us afterward. Nothing better than home grown veggies! Thanks for the fun evening Lyddalls!
